Long before
the inception in 2008, Anubhav Biotech Ltd.
was established in the dreams of the founder Dr. Asit Kumar Ghosh. To
make his dream come true, he took an early retirement from Chittaranjan
National Cancer Institute and with the help of his experience and
backed with the core group of technical persons, established the
firm. This is how, the advanced bio-tech centre of excellence,
annexed with state-of-the-art manufacturing unit was set up. Today we
are recognized as the leading manufacturer,
exporter, supplier and trader of Stevioside,
Phytochemical, Theazyme, Organic Stevia, Stevia Herbs, Stevia
Rebaudiana, Sweetener Stevia, Pure Stevia Extract Powder, White Stevia

Since the
inception of our organization, all our dexterous personnel were
committed to put India in global phytochemical and bio-generic map.
We started our manufacturing process after the establishment of a
modern cGMP compliant phytochemical extraction plant. Gradually, we
entered into bio-polymer, agricultural biotechnology and
bio-pharmaceutical sector.
Anubhav
Biotech was started as a R&D and Pilot Scale Production Unit in
Harinavi, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal within a serene and grew
itself into a large biotech production conglomerate. Dr. Ghosh
was supported by different national and international R&D and
Academic Institutes in his endeavor.

the brain child of Dr. Asit Kumar Ghosh, who once dreamed

Advanced Infrastructure Our company is equipped
with sophisticated facilities to help in the production process.
Earlier we were a core R&D Laboratory and with
experience grew ourselves as a large and modern biotech
production unit. We are proud to have established an in house research
unit for technology development and production process
standardization of novel phyto-chemicals and bio-pharmaceuticals. 95%
of the technology used by our company has been developed through its
own in-house research. Some of our units which helps us in the
production are mentioned below:
We owe a cGMP compliant
phytochemical production unit using both conventional Solvent
Extraction and Super Critical Fluid Extraction technology. The unit
is equipped with most sophisticated preparative chromatographic and
lyophilisation facility. The capacity of the phytochemical unit is
100 Kg purified phyto-API per day. Our Glass Lined Reactor
based chitosan separation unit and a cGMP compliant purification
facility is used for the production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic
grade chitosan. It also facilitates the production of derivetized and
hydrolyzed chitosan. We have an exclusive solid
substrate fermentation unit, in which a pioneering technology using
synthetic media absorbed in recyclable polymer matrix is employed.
This technology helps in production of enzymes with very high
activity in pure form and hence is also known as Industrial
Enzyme Unit. This process avoids generation of solid waste
like conventional solid substrate fermentation technology. The unit
employs most contemporary protein purification technologies like
nano-filtration, Ion-exchange and affinity chromatography and
Electrophoretic separation.
- Novel Drug Delivery System
Laboratory
We are
planning to launch protein nanocarrier based oncologic drugs and our
Novel Drug Delivery System Laboratory is equipped to facilitate the
job. It possesses latest equipments like ultra high pressure
homogenizer, laser ray scattering particle size analyzer, flow
cytometry devices etc. This unit has also a totally self reliant cell
culture lab for in-vitro clinical research.

Agricultural Bio-input Facility
We have a totally
automated submerged and solid substrate fermentation facilities for
production of effective bio-pesticides for agricultural use. Our
unit has modern tangential flow filtration units and high speed
centrifugal separators for separation of biomass from culture media.
The separated and cleaned biomass is used for production of “media
free” stabilized emulsifiable concentrates of microbial pesticides
with very high population count.
